Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrator to join our team in Paris, France. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a flexible remote working environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize office operations and procedures.

  • Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails efficiently.

  • Maintain and update company databases and records.

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.

  • Support the HR department with recruitment and onboarding processes.

  • Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

  • Ensure the office environment is maintained to a high standard.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Administrator or in a similar role.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Fluent in English and French.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
